As a picture editor, I see countless numbers of photographs each and every week from all over the environment. They depict not only news but also human triumphs and struggles and scenes from day to day everyday living. I have deep respect for the contributions canines convey to our life, so I am swift to detect when a dog seems in a single of these pictures. I have observed pet dogs dressed in costumes in parades, stray canines starving on the streets and all the things between. I find myself studying the caption of the photograph hoping the canine are or will be all right. Not long ago, I noticed a photograph of a pro-Russian rebel in the Donetsk area of Ukraine petting two puppies in a trench where by he was fighting. I was relieved when the caption mentioned that the rebels would title the puppies and choose them house.
