Carthage — Issues are back to standard and the occasion is getting held yet again during the summer months. This weekend, Cabin 3 — Very first Baptist Church Outpost and Carsage Area Chamber of Commerce will host an event that had to be canceled last calendar year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
