Dubai law enforcement arrested at least 11 Ukrainian gals and a male Russian photographer Sunday for their involvement in a nude image shoot in wide daylight on the balcony of a significant-rise condominium setting up in the upscale community of Marina. They had been charged with public debauchery and generating pornography. Ukrainian and Russian authorities verified that their citizens had been arrested.

Their behavior was in distinct violation of the UAE’s public decency law, which carries a sentence of up to six months in prison, and a $1,360 fine. An investigation was launched after their arrest, but finished rather quickly with a deportation ruling.

Footage of the picture shoot, which a area newspaper suspects was a “publicity stunt,” was shared on the web Saturday. Dubai police attempted to discourage people from passing all over the movies by threatening them with a punishment similar to these engaged in the indecent clip. “Such unacceptable behaviors do not reflect the values and ethics of Emirati society,” law enforcement stated in a statement.

The case has due to the fact been referred to the Public Prosecution where further lawful motion could be taken.
