CLARKSVILLE, TN – The Department of Artwork + Structure at Austin Peay State University is fired up to announce its 2021-22 time of exhibitions and viewing speakers. Generously supported by the Heart of Excellence for the Inventive Arts (CECA), the Section of Art + Layout can deliver nationally/internationally regarded artists and thinkers immediately to Clarksville with programming that is no cost and open up to the community.
The New Gallery, APSU’s modern artwork gallery, hosts 5 curated exhibitions showcasing modern day art from regional and countrywide artists, as properly as the once-a-year juried university student exhibition each calendar year.

Feb. 8, 2022: Jean Shin, identified for her monumental installations, transforms massive accumulations of daily objects into expressions of identification and group engagement.
March 24, 2022: Kenturah Davis is an artist operating in between Los Angeles and Accra (Ghana).
